"No heat and they don’t care"

The staff was unfriendly more importantly the manager. Basically did not care about our needs and basically told us to take our business elsewhere and she didn’t care. The halls smelled like sewer and 3rd floor smelled like pot. Not a very good place to hold meetings. Only had 1 person cooking and served undercooked meat. Didn’t have our food ready for us.

Breakfast food, both pancakes and bacon were burnt. Told this to waitress and was still charged full amount. Left most of the food on the table.

"Most pleasant experience..."

The hotel and our room were pristine, immaculate. Everything in the room worked. Good lighting. Pillowtop mattress like new. EZ checkin/checkout. Pleasant personnel. Excellent parking lot lighting. Close to downtown. Best restaurant in town, Nutz Deep, right across the street. We will stay again.

"Clean and comfy"

This hotel is always great, friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The only downfall was the pool area was under construction, would have been nice knowing this at booking or when i called to confirm our stay.
