Everything was actually pretty great there. Except for the fact that I was double charged for one night. And almost 30 days later I'm still waiting for my return.

The fact that I paid almost $500 for one night. And there wasn't even any room service. And the fact that I'm waiting still almost 30 days later for my return.

"Staff was excellent, facility was nice but the road noise was extremely loud in our room."

The staff was excellent! The breakfast was very good.

The hotel was difficult to get to as it is not on a main road. More signage is needed to direct you into the facility. Also our room was right next to the freeway and the noise was extremely loud! Both my husband and I had difficulty sleeping because of the road noise.

This hotel is in a very strange location. It was difficult to find and did not feel very safe outside. It did not seem to be well managed either.
