"Lacks cleanliness"

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast buffet, friendly staff

There was a blob of hair left on the bathtub nozzle, and the coffee bar had dirty glasses and nit stocked well, and there was trash left behind the bed

"It was nice, clean and quiet"

It was nice and clean. The lobby was really fun the kids loved it. Everyone was exceptionally nice. They offered us waters during check in which was great because we forgot ours. Check in was quick and easy.
