Staff was amazing!! Room service was great! And 8/10 on being clean. Really enjoyed. Only bummer was no hot tub lol..

There was a boxing event going on when we returned in the evening. Parking was a nightmare

rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque was bad enough to warrant a warning. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my purse behind. I called the same day we checked out, and staff assured me they had it and that it was sitting right in front of them. That confidence quickly turned into complete chaos. Since I live out of state, I arranged for a family member to pick it up. When he arrived, suddenly no one could find it. We called again and spoke with Tammy, the manager, who gave us a completely different story, that the purse had been placed in a secure safe. We were also told that three people had access to that safe, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when an item somehow goes “missing.” At that point, it became very clear that whatever system they have in place is either careless or completely unreliable. Then it somehow got worse. We were later told via voicemail that the purse was gone because “someone had already picked it up.” No one in our family had. No verification, no explanation, no accountability. Just gone. We immediately called back and left a message asking basic questions: Who picked it up? When? Was any ID checked? What did the person look like? After being told it was essentially stolen, you would expect urgency or at least a return call. Instead, we got nothing. No response, no follow-up, no effort to fix their mistake. Just silence. At best, this is a complete failure of organization and responsibility. At worst, it raises serious concerns about how guest belongings are handled and who is being trusted with access to them. Be aware: based on this experience, I would not trust this hotel with anything you can’t afford to lose.

Breakfast was good for families, check-in was fast and easy, staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was shocking and bigger than I expected. Overall amazing and will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing at the moment. I enjoyed everything. There was nothing I did not like about our stay.
