It would have been nice to be informed that another company was taking over the Hotel? Pierre&Vacancies. From the first day and Evening this company were firstly changing the sign at the front of the building - from 7am to late evening there was drilling, banging - going on as we were told by the Hotel of the takeover. IF we had known about this we would not have booked this Hotel. There did not seem to be any concern about people staying there. Also, the FOOD from Breakfast - was COLD? Plates COLD. The evening meal was a joke -we though it was a Buffet service - for the first two nights we had to choose from a Menu? which was also awful, does anyone eat Octupus Soup?? disgusting - we eventually went out to decent restaurants for food - Felt sorry for the staff - they were working from morning breakfast to the Evening meal - NOT ENOUGH STAFF in the Hotel. The new company were making changes and may improve the Hotel/ or Apartments whatever they are doing - but, I do not want a man at 7.30am on a CRAINE LIFT - outside my window - drilling a wall at 7.30am in the morning. We do have photographs to prove it but unsure how to send them?
BRO Hotel fica próximo à praia, tem instalações boas, com piscina externa e interna. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, com café da manhã variado e saboroso. O quarto com vista para o mar é extremamente agradável.

GB-Most staff were nice and approachable, especially Brianca, thank you for your service, always with a smile and Nelson at reception as well, very helpful -They extended our check out time for free, thank you, it was a good gesture -Facilities were clean -The jacuzzi is a nice addition
-Emanuella at reception needs to work on her customer service skills, we found her unapproachable and unhelpful with simple requests -Breakfast needs alot of improvement, more variety, and the lady at the kitchen counter was rude to us on the second day, but this was quickly sorted out by reception, so thank you Nelson once again. -Please stick to the times displayed in the Jaccuzi as they kept on switching it off 30mins earlier than displayed which is a dissapointment. - Please check the pillows, they are too hard, most people complained about it( we were a group of 10). - There was a spill in the corridor floor which we reported to reception and they cleaned it in up with the same towels they give out to use at the pool, so that wasn't a good citing at all - Lastly but not least, if you need peace and quiet, this is the place for you, but unfortunately, this didn't not suit our group, so the ambience did not work for us, we found it too quiet, but that was just us.
