How welcoming we have felt since we’ve entered drive way, I have been to quite a few B&B but this stay was definitely the best experience. Breakfasts were outstanding, we can’t wait to come back!

My god, such a nice couple. A nice room with a little hall and modern bathroom. Perfect for us. We had a lot of fun and were given good tips for excursions. Thank You!

We normally use hotels rather than B&Bs, and were mildly apprehensive before arrival, but Sue and Mike are warm and welcoming, yet respectful of privacy when needed. Two-bedroom self-contained flat, well supplied and equipped, clean and comfortable. Even the TV is good, and you can log into your own streaming service. Huge, freshly-cooked breakfast menu included. Location handy for Portmeirion, Snowdonia, and Anglesey, and Mike can advise about other places. Certainly the best stay in our entire trip.

"An exceptionally warm welcome at a delightful b&b with comfy suite and delicious breakfast!"

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts Sue and Mike were incredibly friendly and warm. We felt at home immediately as if we were old friends! The room was very comfy and anything you needed had been anticipated and provided. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful! Lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area.

"Exceptional stay with the perfect hosts"

Our stay at Yr Hen Farcdy was the most cosy and hospitable B&B we had the pleasure of staying at on our tour of Wales. Mike and Sue are the most amazing hosts and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. They have a wealth of information to share about the area and can point you to all the best attractions. Our accommodation was perfect and provided everything we needed. The magical garden setting is such a peaceful surrounding and make the place very special. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious and we felt it was one of the best breakfasts of our trip. We can highly recommend Yr Hen Farcdy and would definitely return.

That we didn't stay longer! :-D
