Hotel Restaurant Mühlenhof Bosse

We had a big problem with our accommodation. After 6 hours drive reaching the place and wanted to get some rest, the hotel provided us the “room”. However, the room was not located in the same place but far away(2km drive from the hotel). We had booked a hotel room for 2 adults and 3 kids, with free private parking in the hotel place, playground for the kids and a restaurant. Everything in the same place. What we got? 2 rooms instead of one, 2 km away of the hotel place, not a private parking(not parking at all), not a playground in place, basically nothing we booked, was completely different of what they advertised in the booking.com and what I reserved and payed. The reception didn’t speak English at all, just few words, from what we understood was that they were “full” and our room was occupied from another tenant. They didn’t inform us from before and they didn’t offer any alternative in the same place. They could offer us only that place 2km away if we want, otherwise nothing. This is completely unprofessional, never had something like this happened to our family, and having the kids tired waiting for this hotel to explain us the situation.

Really good food, playground on the site so kids friendly, most of the staff polite and professional

When we arrived, after 12 hour drive with rwo small children receptionist lady ignored us gor half an hour. Fortunately tall young man took care of us, checked us in and gave us the keys. In spite of late hour he made sure that food was served for us :-)
