Dirty, dead cockaroaches, hairs everywhere, stains on the bed, smears on all surfaces, all rooms smelled like mildew, and an electrical outlet was hanging out of the wall! I was offered and shown 5 other rooms. All were disgusting. I left!

The jacuzzi tub and the room was already cool.p

False advertisement about their pool. It's the main reason why I'd booked the room, only to find when I get there that it's not open.
