The wifi and cable was probably the only thing I could say was good enough for my stay.

Starting out we were having a hard time getting processed in the room because of financial issues and the front desk lady was being very rude and I didn't appreciate that whatsoever. The entire building reeked of urine and smoke smells. We ordered a King size bedroom and received a 2-queen size bedroom. The bathroom was very small didn't have anywhere to place my toiletries inside the shower. The AC unit kept switching temperatures/cutting off. The room was very unlively like I wasn't comfortable. There were spider webs on the photos hanging above our bed and feel we should get some of our money back.

We were put in a room smaller than what we reserved for some reason but finally got put in the right room. It was so disgusting and filthy. There was a leak in the bathroom, smoke detector put in a drawer, light fixture hanging out of the wall in the bathroom, dresser was broken, holes in the walls, never did see any breakfast although it said it was available 6-9 am. Tried numerous times to get ahold of the front office but they never answered the calls and couldn’t catch anyone in the office.

It was nasty. The toilet the bed the door is not secure....it took clerk about 30 mins to come I told her it was unprofessional
