The rooms are great size and it was clean

The property was older, but nice. No dislikes

Beautiful views from room. Staff were great. Room was great for one person. Wish I would have had more time to use the pool and hot tub. Appreciated the fridge and microwave in room.

Beds were super uncomfortable. One was lumpy. Both were hard. I slept terribly. The showerhead was not great. I had to find the right spot to have enough pressure to Rinse my hair. Carpet in all the areas I was in (lobby and room) really need replaced.

Location

Air conditioning (had to replace one of the air conditioners), kitchen and having to go up stairs to just get to an elevator. Stairs were difficult as we had bikes that we had to drag upstairs and down when we wanted to use them.

It was cheap for the area. It was only a few minutes from the ski resort. They had a pool and 2 hot tubs. The fire pit in the lobby was nice. The heating and cooling worked well in the room. Linens were clean.

While it was clean, the room and the whole building was very run down. I can see why it was the cheapest place in town now. It very desperately needs a remodel top to bottom. our room had a very strong smell, it clung to all our belongings and we had to wash everything when we got home. Shuttle app was unreliable and when you would call the number for the front desk, it would say it couldn't be completed or just ring. Waited an hour one time at resort for the shuttle. Bed was sunken in on one side as if the support was broken or something. Staff was friendly, but hard to communicate with and didn't seem to understand simple requests/unfamiliar with the area. Which is kind of important for working front desk at a hotel.

The location was nice, and the shuttle that ran within a 5 mile radius was very convenient. The rooms were larger than anticipated, and the master in particular was very spacious.

Both rooms were not ready when we arrived at 5 pm (check in was supposed to be 4 pm). One of our rooms was ready around 5:15, and the other was not ready until almost 7 pm. We were offered late checkout to compensate for this and upon checkout, they tried to charge me $50 for late checkout so there is clear lack of communication between management/employees. Additionally, the showers in both rooms either didn’t work, didn’t work well, or didn’t drain.
