"Good value no nonsense hotel with very friendly staff and good parking"

No nonsense practical hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Parking at reasonable price in closed garage around the corner. Sufficient breakfast without it being luxury. Price was reduced so it was quite a bargain. Beer and wine till late.

It has a bit of a nice but soulless cafeteria in a hospital feel about it downstairs. But the lovely staff makes up for it.
