Unser Zimmer war unglaublich geräumig und das Bett riesig! Das ganze Resort ist sehr gepflegt und toll angelegt. Auch das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Excellent location, beautiful resort style hotel grounds with lovely welcoming staff. The free pushbikes made for a fantastic day out exploring the area. Breakfast was top class and Ming, the guest services person does a great job if ensuring your stay is great

Very very firm bed

Room was very large and during check out i forgot some luggage in the room. I was at the local airport when they had informed me that it was left in the hotel room. They organised for a driver to bring the missing luggage to the airport! Fantastic service and attention to detail!

Could not fault this accommodation! The bathtub lived up to expectations and the room was incredible. Very clean and spacious. The staff here are so kind and helpful. Minh was our go-to man for the stay. He was there every day to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. My husband injured his back whilst in Vietnam and Hoi An ancient house assisted us with getting taxis and advising on hospitals. They loaned us some crutches and offered a wheelchair he could use whilst we were there. It made a difficult time of our holiday a lot easier having such kind, generous and caring people at Hoi An ancient house. The accommodation itself is very peaceful, set slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town but still very reachable (only 20 mins walk - a little longer on crutches!). The shuttle bus to the beach and old town were very good. Always on time. The hotel also offers rice paper making classes free of charge - would highly recommend! You learn so much about the history of the place and get a truly authentic feeling experience.

The room is gorgeous with dynasty-sque decoration and style. Plumerias were in bloom and it reminded me so much of home. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend getting a massage here. I came back from an early morning photoshoot and the staff asked if I had eaten yet. They kept breakfast open for me. The rice paper factory is also quite interesting as well!

As cool as the outdoor shower was, the rooms adjacent can technically see you through their windows. Their windows/room layout mirrors your own room, so it's quite far from where most people would be lounging in the hotel room, but still. Also be warned: the shampoo and body wash containers are made of ceramic and are quite slippery. I accidentally dropped and broken one and that was 100K VND
