Pecan Tree Inn

Very good B&B within a few steps of the main thoroughfare overlooking the water. Building was beautiful and the grounds were perfect to sit outside and relax. Great breakfast and the proprietor was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Cottage Room. The room itself was beautiful with the only problem being the bathroom. It was extremely small and cramped with a shower stall that gave you little room to turn around and no real shelving to put a cosmetic bag down anywhere. I am not sure if the other rooms had the same issue or just the one we were in. Otherwise, this B&B would have gotten 5 stars with no problem.

Great location a bit off of the Main Street, but still in easy walking distance to all of Beaufort’s attractions and restaurants. Wonderful hosts, Stan and Christine, great breakfasts and snacks and very comfortable B & B.

My wife and I had an outstanding visit at the Pecan tree Inn. Stan and Christine made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. The Blue Room we stayed in was well decorated and was very comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed at least one more night. O' well. That will be for another trip to Beautiful Beaufort. The garden is a very nice relaxing place after a day of shopping, site seeing, and tours. Perfect.

Been to Beaufort many times and always wanted to stay here. Everything was great. Will stay again.

Rooms are great and the food is awesome!

We spent one night at the Pecan Tree Inn in December. There was a little mix-up with our check in but it was resolved very easily and efficiently. Our room was beautifully presented and the rest of the Inn was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee and hot chocolate available for guests and (perhaps because it was New Year's Eve) there was also some lovely snacks and champagne which was a really nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was tasty, in particular the pecan and cinnamon scones. Beaufort is a lovely, quaint small town with a nice waterfront which we explored in the morning.

The Pecan Inn was very well located and quite cozy. It is an older property so there were some minor glitches that the innkeepers took care of right away. We were a bit surprised that they did not make up the bed as we stayed two nights. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was terrific. Overall a very pleasurable stay.

The Pecan Tree Inn has a perfect location to get the full experience of Beaufort. The best dining is just across the street and everything you could want is within walking distance. Very well run!
