Always a winner!

This is a very lovely place to stay. The staff is very kind and the service is excellent. I will recommend it for a couple.

The free pumpkin latte was excellent and the complimentary wine was a plus. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Will stay again next time I'm in St. Augustine.

St. Francis Inn is always a great experience. Unfortunately this time our VIP status was not recognized. It rained heavily, and we reported a significant roof/ceiling/attic leak in the retreat, and the woman was like “oh these old houses”?! Seriously? If I owned a property this nice I’d want someone in that place with buckets, a dryer, towels… we ended up doing that for them. Despite the problem with the property in really awful weather, it was a comfortable experience and we keep coming back.

This Inn was absolutely amazing! From the time we checked in to the time we left, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast provided was great and so was the social hour and desserts at night. The courtyard was such a relaxing atmosphere and the location is great. It allowed us to walk pretty much anywhere. I can't say enough about the St. Francis Inn. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a B&B or hotel. Great breakfast every morning, complimentary happy hour and s'mores every night.
