cleanliness, and helpful front desk staff

A nice location across the road from the beach, looking out towards Martha's Vineyard . Outside the main towns on Cape Cod, but a short drive to places like Falmouth, Woods Hole etc. The room was fully equipped with a kitchenette. We didn't use the indoor pool but it looked nice. (We stayed in October so didn't bother with the outdoor pool either). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The decor was a little tired, but everything worked and the room was very spacious for 2 people.

There was no breakfast offered. The location was exceptional right on the ocean.

I would have enjoyed a dishwasher in the unit

Friendly helpful staff, great large bedroom, well kitted out kitchenette, comfortable bed, neat bathroom with good shower, lovely balcony with sea view, superb pool and spa, nice to have sofa to watch TV on

Kitchenette needed more surface space for easy cooking, crockery on high shelf hard to reach

Facilities were comfortable.

It was a little weird having the spa bath in the dining room.
