The hotel is very closed Lake Bled with great views.

The hotel itself is really great; the rooms re modern, the location is wonderful and the pool is fantastic. My removal of a star was due to the approach of the hotel when a cleaner threw away something of mine (moisturiser bar). When I complained, they said they would reimburse the cost but actually they asked the cleaner herself to give me the money back. I wasn’t comfortable with this at all. I know the cleaner shouldn’t have thrown it away but it was unacceptable that the hotel wouldn’t have covered this cost and just let her know not to do it again. If a waiter has dropped a glass, would they be required to reimburse the hotel? Given that this is a pretty big chain, I felt very morally uncomfortable with the fact they were taking wages from their staff to cover what was likely an innocent mistake. What would have been a small cost to them would have been a lot more significant to the cleaner. I asked them to return the money to get me so I was left out of pocket by about £15. Just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth after what would have been a lovely stay.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. It has the best breakfast spread. The service from the staff was exceptional. Amel you are the best. I loved my room with a balcony overlooking the lake, and a wonderful view of the old church. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bled.

Whqt a fantastic stay on Lake Bled! The hotel's location could not have been better, and the hotel itself was lovely! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the included buffet breakfast was wonderful. If we ever return to Lake Bled, we will definitely make this our preferred hotel!

Room was ok but looked out on the back of the property which was a shame. Stood on a piece of glass in the bathroom on the last morning which was strange
