No breakfast and the tub didn't look good

When I first arrived on Oct. 2, 2025. The lady at the front desk had an attitude, no smiling, no welcome to our Hotel. She just kept giving me dirty looks,helping the man in front of me taking her sweet little time and talking w/her co-worker. Another lady walks in the other co-worker took something I’m not sure what it was. So when she finished the lady that just walked in and I was there waiting over 20min. I asked the other co-worker if she could check me in. She said very loud and nasty.I’m already off I can’t help you. I said ok you don’t have to be so nasty about it. It’s no problem.

On Oct. 4, 2025 I booked another night stay around 10:30am. I say an hour later I called the front desk and asked if my room supplies could be replaced. She said you booked a 1 bed non smoking and I need to pay the difference or I need check out and check back in. I said I have my confirmation I’m looking at what I booked and it clearly says 2 Queen beds. I said I’m not here to argue with you and I’m hanging up. A few seconds later someone comes banging on my door an yelling you need to get out. The hotel res. made a mistake. You need to call them. I said you need to call them. We exchange words and I closed the door. She starts banging on my door again yelling and saying I’m going to call the police. I said good call them so I can show them my confirmation. Now it’s like I guess around 1 or 2pm. Then someone comes back knocking on the door asking to see my confirmation. I showed her she kept looking at it looking at it for about 10 minutes so I blew it up and made the picture bigger. I said if you don’t see that says (2) TWO QUEEN BEDS. SOMETHING IS WRONG. SHE FINALLY SAID I SEE IT AND THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND I NEED TO CALL THEM. SHE ASKED ME TO PULL UP THERE WEBSITE AND GET THERE PHONE NUMBER. I DID WHAT SHE ASKED AND SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THERE NUMBER. I TOLD HER SHE CAN DO THE SAME BUT I NEED TO LAY DOWN BECAUSE IM NOT FEELING WELL AND THATS WHY I PURCHASED ANOTHER NIGHT. I WAS ONLY GOING TO STAY A FEW MORE HOURS BUT BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO GET SNY REST I ENDED UP STAYING THE WHOLE NIGHT. I WAS Being harassed before 11 AM until like 5 PM and then the TV stops working. I had to go four times and asked if someone’s gonna fix my TV and they didn’t end up showing up till like 6 AM in the morning so I will be requesting a full refund to the booking agent that I booked in. This was almost the worst worst hotel STATE that I’ve ever had, but I do wanna say all the other staff was very nice and pleasant.
