Домашняя обстановка. Мини-кухня, чисто-уютно! Исполнительный и вежливый персонал. Единственное, что хотелось бы пожелать: указывайте на сайте заранее, что ресепшн находится в соседнем доме, чтобы не приходилось туда-сюда бегать.

Отель - отремонтированная коммунальная квартира. Состояние хорошее. Сантехника, душ в хорошем состоянии, чистые. Полотенца, гель, шампунь, шапочка. Кровать нормальная. Есть общая кухня, полностью оборудованная. В любое время можно чаю попить, разогреть еду. Слышимость очень сильная. Ключи надо брать в соседнем здании, в этой квартире ресепшена нет. Очень внимательно надо искать их дверь и вывеску на Невском, легко пройти дальше. Вокруг много кафе, магазинов. Московский вокзал в 5-ти минутах.

This place was not exactly what I would call pleasant to put it kindly. First off, it is difficult to find. The actual address is 103 where you get the keys and it is a brown door located next to the bus stop. Once you find the place, you get buzzed in and walk through a dirty and smelly hallway and in all likelihood through a cloud of cigarette smoke from the employees breaks in the hallway. so much for the smoking ban...but it is Russia. The room was actually in another building through an alley a few doors down. The rooms are tiny, the beds are lumpy spring bags covered with cloth and the walls are paper thin. The free breakfast is a bag in the little fridge that contains a croissant, a stick of cheese and instant coffee. There was a horrible smell in the entire building and the water is terrible. The shower is tiny and fills with water faster than you can finish a reasonable shower. There is no hair dryer in the room...it is a community shared dryer located in the hallway near the ironing board. On the plus side, there are a few decent restaurants nearby and the metro station is about a 10 minute walk. A 45-60 minute walk will get you to the center. Overall I would say the place was overpriced for what you get and the location and I probably would not stay again or recommend it to anyone else.

Type Bed and Breakfast . Situation idéale en centre ville. Confort sommaire mais très propre. Bon accueil (à préciser toutefois que le 105 est l'adresse des chambres, mais se faitre enregistrer et récupérer les clefs au 103).

When I reserved the room I didnt realize that the hotel has only seven rooms, it really does! This is what makes it different from all the hotels where I've been before and they are many. It was almost like staying with the family, or sofa surfing, very intimate. The personnel was friendly, the room was humble but clean, the breakfast very simple; they could change the standard chocolate-filled croissant to a fruit or two. Can recommend for sure to bohemian people like myself.
