The hotel is very close to Old Town — a very touristy area — and right next to (very near) the Notre Dame Cathedral. I rented an apartment with three beds. The ceiling lights didn’t work, and they told me I’d have to use the lamps instead. Of course, I wasn’t okay with that — it just doesn’t make sense! I went back and explained my point, and shortly after they moved us to another room and even gave us an upgrade. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation. It could have been stressful, but it was very well communicated and resolved! I liked it a lot and would recommend it. The only issue was that the hallway had a somewhat strong smell — a mix of bad odor with some kind of cleaning product that didn’t work very well. But aside from the hallway smell, everything was great! And I want to highlight once again how well they solved the issue with our apartment. Thank you very much!
