My stay was very disappointing. When I turned on the fireplace in my room, the smoke/CO alarm went off by itself, which was both disruptive and concerning. On top of that, the hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. Definitely not the relaxing experience I expected.”

Beautiful hotel room in a perfect location, right in the village at the base of the Cabriolet gondola. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, especially in the chilly evenings.

All was good except they wouldn’t make a reservation at the desk in person ….. only online So had to go back to my car go online and book then go back in person to desk …. Odd
