Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa

Visited the last week of May a family of 11 ages ranging from 1-78. We had 5 rooms between us and all but one room was good, and that was a grand floor room by the pool. The room had trouble with Ants and cockroaches and the curtains were marked with damp. All the rooms were pretty similar, would benefit from a good clean and a lick of paint. The beds were not bad but the pillows were awful! The grounds were kept well, but again would benefit from some tlc. The pool area and bar were lovely as were any staff we interacted with and there was never any battles for the sun-beds. One of the pools was cordoned off whilst we were there not sure why. Great little shop on site with all your needs and not much dearer than other shops. All in all we had a lovely holiday, if you don’t expect 5* on budget prices this is a lovely place to stay.

Excellent location only a 10-15 walk into the middle of town. It didn't bother me but no cleaning in the 5 days we were there was in the description and told again on check in. There was a sweeping brush and mop in a cupboard so I made use of them ....Needed extra towels no problem getting them once asked for and a place to put your rubbish in communal bins. We had a fab pool/complex view from our balcony. Very good apartment well set up for self catering. Again in the description no air con but fans were available for hire just have to ask . Pools and pool area were excellent there were 3 pools one of which was closed for maintenance but didn't affect our stay. Some of the negative reviews nearly put me off and cancel so glad I didn't. I also had a hire car and plenty of rstreet parking in front of the apartments and in the general area . These apartments really exceeded my expectations.. Would have no hesitation in revisiting again.
