Guests can hire a TV and a safe. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at an extra cost. A cleaning service is offered every check out. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. People under 18 years of age can only stay if they present an authorization granted by one of their parents or legal guardians, or if they are accompanied by them. In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, at the time of registration, the following information will be requested from each guest: name, surname, sex, type and number of identity document (DNI, passport, TIE), date of birth, nationality, residence address, contact telephone numbers and email.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
