"probably won’t stay there again"

beautiful vintage decor

wasn’t aware our room was up some fairly steep stairs I should’ve requested main floor. Breakfast was really disappointing nothing special that I couldn’t do better at home

Been here before. Wonderful old house with great rooms. Excellent breakfast. Excellent hosts and convenient location. Stayed for the Prosser Hot Air Balloon Festival.

"Excellent first true B&B experience."

Breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety. Loved the option to visit with other travelers or eat in a private nook. Homemade food, made fresh as you were eating it. A different breakfast each day. The room was clean, quiet and felt like I was staying with family. Each room has a lock and it's own bathroom. There was a newer AC unit in the window to adjust the room temperature as needed. The windows cracked if desired. A quiet neighborhood in a small downtown. Lots of parking and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy in nicer weather. It is an older home so expect some older home eccentricities.
