Останавливаемся с женой в этом отеле не первый раз. Привлекает расположение, доброжелательное отношение персонала, комфорт за свои деньги. Атмосфера камерная и спокойная. Пожелание улучшить качество ТВ (номер 308), но нас это не напрягало, т.к. вечера проводили в других местах.

Hôtel qui demande à être rafraichi. Pas d'activité. Bien situé.

The best features of the hotel are its very helpful and attentive staff and restaurant, which serves great quality food, inclufing champagne and oysters for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, although lack of attention to detail was apparent - some lights weren't working, tea station was only half-filled and bathroom taps had some fixtures missing. Overall, given the location and experience, would stay there again but would not give it 5 stars it claims.

2 adults in junior suite for 2 nights. I give the hotel 7.5/10. Good: Complementary welcome drink, quick passport registration and complementary cake/chocolate. Good location, peaceful hotel with nice decor. Breakfast was good quality. Bad: No good view from room windows (only ceiling), despite that I specifically requested suite with nice view. At 5 am radiators in our room made a very loud "drilling noise" which was quite scary in the middle of the night. Adjusting the radiator heat temporarily fixed this. We reported this to reception after our 1st night, but still on our 2nd night it had not been fixed, as it happened again!

Very nice hotel next to Nevsky prospect. Quiet, clean and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed at Junior Suite with 3 people(2 adult, 1 teenager). Room was nice and big, condition also good. But the room that we stated, there is no elevator, so bellboy (or ourselves) should hold to luggage to the room. Almost every travel point are 30mins walk way. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket, so you can buy some snack and food. Breakfast area is small but everything you need is there.

Отличное месторасположение, прекрасная кухня, отличные завтраки, неплохие номера в части жилой комнаты. Ванная комната требует ремонта: есть запах, плитку необходимо освежить, особенно швы отчистить. Цены высокие, но в номере нет ни чайника, ни кофеварки. В 23.30 уборщица начинает пылесосить коридор. В целом хороший отель, но досадные мелочи при высокой стоимости смазывают картину

Hotel boutique em um imóvel antigo de Saint Petesburgo, com ótima localização. Muito bem cuidado, limpo e com um atendimento ao turista espetacular. Ressalto que fui no período da copa do mundo.

Well its definetly not a 5 star . The service was not great ! The people working there are not trained up to 5 star standards . No hello nothing . On 15th Morning when we came for breakfast the guy who was stationed there and the girl were making fun of my parents who entered the breakfast hall . I am not sure why I did ask him what was so funny , he said my dad ordered tea in the morning thats what he was telling the girl , then why were you giglling so much ? I was observing them as soon as we entered the guy was making fun of my parents. NOT 5 STAR at all ! Pathetic ! The lift is so small and narrow ! there are no steps , the room stay was so not good .
