La atención del personal de cafeteria maravillosa me sorprendió un caballero que estaba pendiente de todos los huéspedes y en todos sitios. En comparación por ejemplo con el Palacio de Giron en Plasencia le gana por goleada y perdón por las comparaciones pero no me he podido resistir en comparar dos hoteles de 4 estrellas.

We really enjoyed the location and overall the admission process. The staff was really nice when we walked in and made sure we knew everything to navigate the hotel.

When comparing 4 stars with other 4 stars - there are some lows showing up. - swimming pool was really nice, but the space had 6 sunbathing chairs. The space was small, but small we chairs could create opportunity for at least more 6 people. - Cleanliness in the room was...awkward. the room looked clean and beds were ok, but the bathroom was rushedly clean - mirror was a mess. And we had a single - tissue - on the dispenser. - breakfast was a new low. The pineapple juice was fermented (tasted like alcohol), the fruit presented had gone behing ripe - unsuitable for a breakfast, bread had at least a couple of days ( I had stay on other places in Extremadura, so I know what bread we can get there). The servers were actually not that nice as well.
