"The Place of No Return"

The bathroom sink had hair in it and would not drain properly because the sink plug was stuck. The refrigerator was unplugged and was very difficult to reach the outlet to fix it. There were several events in town, including a large rodeo, so my one night stay was $200. For $180, you can stay at The Windsor Hotel.

"Poorly managed hotel"

Lcation

They can't get a simple request done, to clean the room daily. This has happened at stays twice a year for ten years. They have a communication and follow through problem. I would stay somewhere else, but other local hotels are worse.

"Find another hotel"

The room had a smell and felt clammy, carpet was dirty, ice bucket that we put on the desk leaked and I wiped it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was filthy, 2 dead bugs in bathroom. Need I say more. My image of the HILTON hotel chain was diminished by this hotel. Don’t they check to see what the hotels are like that carry their name?
