Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean. Coffee was excellent.

Bed was a bit too soft. The shower control handle was broken and it created a tip that was very sharp. reported this to the front desk but nothing was done to correct it.

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Queen beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Toilet ran contentiously unless you manipulated the handle.

Property was clean and seemed well maintained. Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

TV would not change channels. At 1-10 pm , i was asleep. front desk clerk called to say my credit card was declined. I told him that I knew that was not true because the room was the only thing on the card BUT most important , I had made the reservations and pre-paid on Jan 18 . I told him that I had a confirmation number and an email that said I owed no money. Suddenly, the clerk said it went through. I never even gave him a card, so he did not have my card. I was not about to give him my number. I believe this was a means to get my number. He needs to be questioned about this. I did not like it.

Roz was an absolute joy to speak with, so polite to everyone, even the grumpy and rude. She made our rough day into a peaceful evening
