"Terrible hotel"

I picked the hotel because it got good reviews. But the actual experience was quite unpleasant. First, the room was terrible, old and dark, with a tub not draining and the tv remote control not working. There was no closet. When we complained the next morning, the front desk responded accusatory that we didn't tell them when we checked in, but we didn't use the shower until the next morning. Shouldn't the hotel ensure everything works and drains properly for their guests? I was really mad at their responses. And their free continental breakfast was terrible!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Highway access. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Basic breakfast in the mornings from 5am till 10 which is nice. Would stay again.

Jacuzzi handle is stripped. Seems like a simple fix that the guest shouldn’t have to deal with. Having a kitchenette without any equipment is strange. Most of us aren’t traveling with these things and that’s part of why I selected the room.
