"levator didn’t work, and the room was too noisy to get proper rest"

The location and breakfast were good, the staff was very nice

The elevator is not working, and our room is very noisy. We were woken up around 5:00 a.m. and haven’t been able to go back to sleep.

We.were.unaware.the.facility.also.rents.out.to.parties.and.events.in.the.area.surrounding.the.pool.and.below.our.windows,there..was.a.huge.celebration.for.a.wedding.taking.place.on.Saturday.and.then.another.one.on.Sunday....The.noise.level.was.extremely.disturbing.though...I suppose.if.I was.a.fan.of.pounding.base.and.Rap.music.I .might.not.have.been.as.irritated....I was.hoping.for.some.rest.and.peace.having.been.to.a.Wake.and.a.Funeral,but.it.was.not.to.be...The.staff.promised.the..first.night.it.wouldn't.happen.again..only.for.it.to.happen.again.the.very.next.night...And.forget.about.using.the.pool.....since.there.was..wedding.festivities.going.on...I felt..I should.have.been.given.a.full.refund.but.Hampton.Inn.and.Booking.com.disappointed.me.
