Love this property! Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom, very attentive staff, the patio was so cute, overall a greay place to stay!

All was great

Ok let me start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Ricardo who kept sharing with us great meal spots around town, tips, etc... the rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked just fine and the hotel is literally inside 3-4 blocks from the Zócalo downtown park area. Plenty of great restaurants to visit inside waking distance. Make a note that the hotel closes its main doors facing the street at 9pm which made us feel secure and they reopen in the morning. Noise was never an issue at this hotel, and we slept very comfortably. I was traveling with my wife and two teen girls, and never felt uneasy or unsafe at the hotel or walking around this beautiful city.

Overall my experience was good, except for the parking. We were never told that sundays the valet did´t work so we went to the next parking we could find which was from the hotel Marques del Valle who were handling misleading advertising, because the fee they were charging ended at 3 am which means if you left your car one whole night they will charge you 2 days.When we refuse to pay double, we tried to leave, but they wanted to charge us one day because we have already entered their parking lot. Completely absurd and abusive. We ended up leaving and the employees insulting us.
