The best part of this hotel is the location. It is walking distance to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores on Ocean Drive. Our suite was also spacious and included a full-size fridge, large microwave, separate living room, walk-in closet, and a small balcony that was nice for people watching. The rooftop pool was also a nice touch.

The hotel felt very dated and poorly maintained. The safe in the closet was held together with duct tape, the remote cover was broken, and the living room TV took extra effort to get working. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom floors, walls, and shower walls looked dirty, and some areas appeared possibly moldy. WiFi was spotty during the entire 4-night stay and was not working properly in the room the last night. The hotel is also next to a loud restaurant/bar/hookah lounge and on a busy street, so noise from cars and motorcycles was constant. Even the elevator was frustrating since it would not come to the rooftop level when called.

Directly located at ocean blvd and the ocean. The suite was much bigger than expected and it was clean. We would always come back.

Kitchen equipment could have been better. No toaster. But everything else was great.
