Breakfast was really good, love they have a fire pit, super cute decorations, and clean hotel for it being dog friendly

The bed was a bit hard, gave my husband and I back pains. Also, the pool was closed during the time we were there

Shuttle service not available after 3 pm considering there are later flights arriving in Duluth and the hotel is not that far from the airport. My guest who was traveling internationally arrived at 3:30 pm. I requested for him to be picked up when I made the reservation but was not given the consideration when he called. My guest had to find a ride on his own in a foreign place he is not familiar with. The hours of operation for the shuttle service was not disclosed on your website-you made it sound that it was going to be available by prescheduling but this service did not happen.
