Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Sebastián superó con creces todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos gracias a las hostesses, siempre tan amables, cercanas y dispuestas a ayudar en todo. Todo en el hotel está cuidado al detalle: los jardines y la zona exterior están impecablemente mantenidos, el restaurante y la zona lounge son muy agradables para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente, y el gimnasio también está muy bien equipado. Y, por supuesto, las habitaciones son impecables: cómodas, elegantes y cuidadas hasta el último detalle. Elegir este hotel para celebrar nuestro aniversario fue, sin duda, la mejor decisión. Hizo que la ocasión fuera todavía más especial para nosotros. Muchísimas gracias por una experiencia tan bonita. Sin duda volveremos.

What a great hotel. Our room (room 3) was well appointed, with a wonderful patio, and location in the main building. I will say the room lighting was a little dark, but manageable. Service was exceptional and the hotel was walking distance to the Old Town.
