Location

The light over the bathroom sink in room 206 was out and I reported it the first night and stayed 3 nights. Maintenance never showed up to fix during my stay and not sure if it will be fixed even after I left.

Very noisy, misleading charges, and poor experience. The room was extremely noisy — we couldn’t sleep at all. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor all night. What bothered me even more was the strange deposit policy. I had already paid through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the man at the front desk said I needed to deposit $100. Then the screen showed a total charge of $351, which made no sense. He later lowered it to $251, but it was still confusing and felt dishonest. In the end, I had to hand over $100 in cash just to check in. This experience was stressful and frustrating. I do not recommend this place.
