"Ein kleines und wunderschönes Hotel mit einer Rezeption mit Herz für seine Gäste"

Aufgrund eines familiären Vorfalls konnte ich meinen Aufenthalt nicht pünktlich antreten. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit der Rezeption wurde mein Aufenthalt ohne Weiteres verschoben. So viel Kulanz ist mir noch nie begegnet.

Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.
