"Dobar hotel, ali recepcija katastrofa"

Lokacija kao i sam hotel su divni. Čisto je i uredno, za doručak poslužuju veliki izbor razne hrane i napitaka. Nemanja koji radi u kuhinji je divan, ugodan i ljubazan i zaslužan za dobru ocjenu. Cijena hotela je povoljna i svakako je dobar "value for money."

Nismo mogle ući u sobu prvu večer, jer kartica nije bila kodirana. Najavile smo danima ranije kasni dolazak, rekli su nam da nema problema i ostavili ključ/karticu u vanjskom sefu. Ključeve smo po dolasku podigle i ušle u hotel, ali ne i u sobu. Na recepciji nema nikoga, rade samo u radno vrijeme koje je regularno radno vrijeme. Broj za hitne slučaje nije bio jasno istaknut, a i kada smo ga pronašle, bio je u potpunosti isključen. Bile smo prinuđene spavati u autu, pa smo se tako smrzle i sve nas je boljelo. Ujutru na recepciji su na prvo rekli da smo rezervirali jednu noć, što nije istina, i onda su još dodatno pokušali relativizirati taj problem. Na kraju smo dobile besplatan doručak kao kompenzaciju, međutim i dalje smatramo da je ovo neprihvatljivo ponašanje.

"Nur zum schlafen gehts aber nur kurzer Aufenthalt"

Zentrale Lage aber trotzdem ruhig

In der Wellnessanlage hatte es keine Handtücher und die Einrichtung war eher trostlos

Wir immer, ein toller Aufenthalt.

Einziges Mako: der Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb und das Schwimmbad wird schon um 21 Uhr geschlossen.
