Apple Hotel Three

One of the few places that don't take cards so when I was asked for an additional deposit she just made a face and then it was fine. Turns out I was the only one in the hotel, so the shuttle service to the airport wasn't running. I'd said 7.30 so he'd gone home as I was early, but it's supposed to run 6 -12. Safe, bar fridge, tea coffee, a/c, hot water if you wait, clean apart from the slight pong.

All the letters are written in Chinese and reception staffs are not good at English, so it is difficult to communicate. The towels are rough and worn out, bed sheets and table cloths have lots of stains but washed cleanly.

My driver failed to appear for transfer to the airport and I was put into a Tuk tuk which I wasn’t happy about.

Whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke

Early morning flight, so no breakfast. Hotel provided free shuttle to the airport, even though it was well before the earliest time indicated.

Strong smell of cigarettes in the elevator area, but room was perfectly clean and odor free.

Their answers were quick and pleasant when I asked some questions online. The room itself seems clean.

I found out the price was expensive. Walk-in price was much cheaper, I regret to book in advance. Also the breakfast was disappointing. There were little options, only porridge, salty eggs, fried noodles, stir-fried okra, bread, and two kinds of fruit, something like that. The coffee and tea were warmed in a decanter instead of machine-made, but there was too little leftover and it looked like it would burn. The particular front staff whom I talked was not so friendly.
