Our stay went very smoothly and peacefully. The staff are super friendly and made a point of pointing out the best places to visit (from restaurants to historical sites, among others). The rooms are quite spacious and clean, and cleaning is done daily if we wish. The common areas have a very particular and authentic decoration, as does the first floor where breakfast is served, which is quite welcoming and has a very good breakfast (little variety but high quality) and a very good freshly brewed cappuccino. It's worth highlighting for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere that Villa di Nera is located in Arenella, a fishing area, a 15-minute drive from the historic center of Palermo. Finally, it's also worth highlighting the free parking (both in the surrounding area and in the EuroSpin car park). Don't forget to stop by Alfonso's pizzeria (an amazing discovery for pizza)

The only negative point, as already mentioned in previous comments, is that our room was on the ground floor, next to the road, and in fact, at night, for those who are light sleepers, it can be difficult due to the outside noise and poor soundproofing. They were very attentive and left us earplugs in the room. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Etablissement confortable, bons petits-déjeuners, personnel fort accueillant. Un parking gratuit en face de l'établissement, une navette qui conduit au centre historique un peu loin.

La plage la plus proche, Spiaggia dell'Arenella très sale ! Comme beaucoup de lieux en Sicile dès qu'on sort des sites touristiques ! dommage !

Bardzo miła obsługa, pokój czysty, blisko plaża. Jeśli ktoś chce zaznać odpoczynku w dzielnicy mniej turystycznej, to jest to dobre miejsce. Blisko przystanki dowożące do centrum, na plażę Mondello i górę Pellegrino (trzeba brać jednak poprawkę na brak punktualności autobusów). Blisko sklep spożywczy, apteka, lody i pyszna pizza w pizzeri di alfonso.

Miękki materac, brak wyciszenia w pokojach i bliskość ulicy sprawiły, że słabo się spało. Ograniczone godziny pracy recepcji, więc jedyne informacje można było uzyskać do godz 12. Ciężko było dostać się do środka bez kluczy (przechowywałyśmy walizki po wymeldowaniu), bo kod do drzwi nie działał. Miałyśmy wrażenie, że w pokojach panowała wilgoć, bo ręczniki i stroje schły bardzo powoli a ubrania lekko śmierdziały stęchlizną.

Heel vriendelijk en aardig personeel. Goed en snel geholpen door Veronica van de receptie zowel met eerder contact via whatsapp voor aankomst als op locatie. Lekker Siciliaans ontbijt gekregen van Fabiola die ook heel behulpzaam en aardig was. Een dikke 10 voor beide dames :)
