Ambiente ben curato, pulito, comodo e con un'ottima colazione. Lo consiglierei e lo consiglierò sicuramente!

The location is right in the middle of the sights. On the one side you can visit the centre of Palermo, on the other you have the option to travel to the beach. The bus station is right at the accommodation. The room itself was well equipped, very modern and beautiful. The staff was super friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Viola, the waitress who also took the time to give us food recommendations and chat with us.

Unfortunately it was quite cold when we arrived, so we needed much time to heat up the room with the help of the air-con. This also refers to the water conditions. The water heated up quite slowly and was only warm, not hot.

Das Personal war hervorragend. Vor allem die Dame beim Frühstück hat es aussergewöhnlich nett gestaltet und sich viel Zeit und mühe für uns genommen. Die Einrichtung war toll gestaltet und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war aufgrund der kalten Temperaturen etwas kalt in unseren Hotelzimmer.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente. La colazione era variegata, fresca e di ottima qualità. Il personale era molto disponibile, simpatica ed ospitale, mi sono sentita a casa.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, man kommt schnell mit dem Bus nach Palermo und zu schönen Stränden und ist sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption wie auch beim Frühstück ist sehr zuvorkommend, mega freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone jak na klasyczne włoskie śniadania :)

The accommodation pleasantly surprised us. The room was beautiful and clean, and the arrival as well as the check-in went absolutely smoothly thanks to the easy self check-in with a detailed and well-prepared guide. Another great advantage was the reception, which was open every morning – it was possible to communicate, get useful tips for trips, and receive advice regarding transport. Breakfasts were excellent and very tasty. Overall, we really appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff who took care of guests with a smile. For some, the location might be a minor drawback – the accommodation is situated further from the city centre, and the surroundings feel more like a residential area for locals rather than a typical tourist spot. On the other hand, if you want to combine trips to the beach in Mondello with visits to Palermo while at the same time experiencing the authentic local lifestyle, this place is an ideal choice. Another great advantage is the nearby Trizzano restaurant, which we can definitely recommend. Overall, we rate our stay as very pleasant and would certainly recommend this accommodation.

In the hotel minibar, there was, for example, beer, but we did not find a bottle opener in the room.

Struttura ben organizzata e davvero piacevole. Staff super cordiale ed efficiente, già dal primo sorriso in reception ci siamo sentiti a casa, la ragazza che ci ha accolto era simpatica e cortese. Colazione molto gradita, c’era un’ampia scelta e anche prodotti locali, tutto fresco e buono. Una menzione speciale a Fabiola per averci accolto con professionalità e ironia ogni mattina e soprattutto con un bel sorriso che allietava la giornata. Preziosi i suoi consigli su cosa visitare. Grazie a tutti per aver reso il nostro soggiorno formidabile❤️

Camere pulite e profumate ma non perfette, da curare di più qualche dettaglio ma niente di allarmante.
