I like everything

This hotel is truly a home away from home. I stayed here for seven nights while my own home was undergoing renovations, and I was blown away by the experience. The hotel completely exceeded my expectations in several ways. From the little details, such as having true bagel sizes at breakfast (not the smaller versions), to the spacious suite and outstanding customer service, everything was remarkable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, with special praise for the Assistant General Manager who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was another highlight; the facilities throughout the hotel were very well maintained. The dining options were fantastic, featuring an amazing breakfast buffet and even a complimentary dinner on Wednesday nights, which added a nice touch to my stay. I also made use of the fitness center, which was well-equipped with great free weights and newer cardio equipment, making it easy to maintain my workout routine. Overall, this hotel is perfect for anyone, whether traveling for business or pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all travelers. If I need to stay in the area again, this hotel will definitely be my go-to choice.

After setting the temperature and turning on the fan, the noise was so loud we could not sleep. Vent was at the foot of the bed and sounded like it was venting the entire floor. There was a whirring/whistling sound coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. The couch is made from plastic fibers, cold, hard, and slippery. The cushions are hard. It’s like sitting on a park bench. Pulled a glass from cabinet to have a soda and it was caked with what looked like old orange juice. Glad it was one night. No way to relax in the room. Room rates are not cheap so I would expect more.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past several years on our frequent NY visits with family and friends. Our stay is always a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrive, we are welcomed by an exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Mark Hue, the Front Desk Supervisor, has always gone out of his way to insure that our visit was welcoming and goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable; always greets us with a smile, and is eager to assist. The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to majors roads and highways, and a variety of shops and fabulous restaurants. our room is always spotless and well maintained; housekeeping is very friendly, and accommodating of our needs. We try to take advantage of the hotel's wonderful amenities, including the fitness center and pool (clean and well-maintained). Other amenities include the complimentary breakfast, delicious hot and cold assortment served in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere ( and always beautifully decorated to celebrate all the holiday seasons. Wednesday evening is time to unwind with a wine social where beverages and light appetizers are served; a wonderful way to relax and chat with fellow guests.
