Good location, large rooms.

Stayed at this hotel twice. Once on the first floor and then on the second floor. On the second floor the bathroom had the smell of dead rats coming from the drain. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and the extractor fan on so the smell wouldn’t go into the room while we slept. Not a good experience when the city of palermo already smelled of urine, so we didn’t have a place to escape the smells. Staff gave a pretty bad recommendation for restaurants. The electrical for one of our rooms stopped working mid stay so we had to switch to using a physical key which we had to leave at the reception every time we went out. The breakfast had the worst coffee I’ve had in my life, but later we learned we could ask for proper coffee to one of the waiters.

We were staying here for our minimoon. The hotel upgraded us to a nicer room and, when we arrived, they had decorated the room to mark our celebration, which was a lovely touch. It was very kind of them, and really appreciated.

The location out of the restricted city zone was nice since we had a car. The indoor parking was a great option as well. The room was huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was simple but good.

Esperienza negativa a causa di letti scomodi e, soprattutto, della totale scorrettezza del receptionist che, alla nostra richiesta di un taxi per l'aeroporto, ha chiamato senza consultarci un servizio di noleggio con conducente (NCC) omettendo di indicarci la tariffa, con il risultato che all'arrivo ci sono stati chiesti ben 70 € a fronte della tariffa standard di 40-45 € prevista per la tratta Palermo centro-aeroporto; un comportamento inaccettabile e privo della trasparenza fondamentale che qualunque viaggiatore frequente si aspetta da una struttura alberghiera.
