Room furnishing was good.

Manager attitude was not good. Even though in booking confirmation, child was mentioned the hotel manager was adamant on charging extra for child. We told him it was not a problem at our side. After several discussions he agreed on the same price. Food was just ok. Breakfast menu was limited and not very good in terms of value.

Location. Overall ambience and decor. General cleanliness. Most of the staff was very nice.

The bed sheets didn't seem to be cleaned prior to our check in, probably turned inside out because we found a food stain on the inside of the cover. They agreed to change them partially only after vehement requests. The hotel seems to have a bunch of absurd rules enforced by their staff rather rudely such as if you did not ask for your complimentary bottle of water on any particular day then they won't give it to you if you ask the next day. Also the same stuff (like juice pack) that you would have normally eaten in the breakfast buffet cannot be packed up in case you're checking out early. It was a big mood off to deal with such petty things.

A nice hotel for a short stay. The property is new, hence clean and comfortable. Room is spacious enough with balcony, though bathroom is on smaller side and also a bit smelly. Location is also good, a walkable distance from main market. It was nice of them to give a complimentary parcel of sandwich chips and juice as I was leaving early to catch flight.
