The rate was way to high, I asked for room service dinner and they never delivered, they never even made it and didnt bother to tell me, I waited for hours. The wifi was spotty, the tv and the phone in the room didnt work.

El personal de recepción es muy amable

Las instalaciones están totalmente deterioradas, urge una renovación. El personal de restaurante, mesera muy parca en su atención. El sistema de llaves electrónicas de tarjeta falló todos los días.

Breakfast was great lots of options. I asked for a big omelet, the chef made it even bigger. Easy parking and safe location. Restaurants inside and also right down the street.

La ubicación es excelente, el exterior y jardines tienen una bonita vista.

Los artículos de la habitación se notaban descuidados y maltratados (lámparas y mobiliario), las sábanas tenian algunas manchas y la cama sonaba demasiado con cualquier movimiento, las almohadas son muy duras.

La ubicación es buena para los que vamos de pasada. La atención de los guardias de seguridad es muy buena. Pero la página de Booking por lo que dijo el chico de recepción no actualiza a tiempo las reservación por lo que tuvimos que llegar y reenviarles el correo de confirmar porque ellos no tenían datos alguno y estaban casi llenos.

La mala comunicación de Booking con el hotel o por lo menos eso dieron a entender,. Las instalaciones están muy decaídas, le hace falta una muy buena remodelacion, sillones de estancia muy sucios con manchas de suciedad que se nota a distancia.
