The location is excellent, a few steps from the basilica entrance. The staff at the reception was helpful and nice

The property is run down, it is NOT a 4 stars hotel. There is a lot of tours that used this facility and the run down shows. Old furniture, uncomfortable beds and few amenities.

"Bad experience !"

No porter help during our stay. The rooms are very basic. We ended up paid for the upgrade to suites. One porter when we checked in. No porter when we checked out !!! Staff not well trained. Hotel only has one broken umbrella for guests as we had two days of pouring rain. Needs update the hotel which looks very old and bare ! Staff definitely need training !! Not knowledgeable and have attitude problems except one junior trainee.

Too old ; needs renovation. Not much service at all. No instructions on the phone how or where to call front desk ! Wake up call was half an hour late !!! Staff poorly trained !!! Service without a smile !!!
