Réservation prise à 18h Arrivée à 20heures et l"on m'informe que la TV est en panne. C'est ballot, il ne fallait pas réserver par Booking.com car l'hôtel ne peut rien faire , ce sont eux les victimes pas le client. Si l'on veut annuler c'est possible mais il faudra repasser demain pour se faire rembourser. Comme je sortais du TPRX et que demain j'ai une autre audience dès 08h30, je suis resté non par choix mais par .nécessité et je suis furieux de la légèreté pour ne pas dire de l'inelegance d'un tel traitement.
