"Beautiful and clean property"

Property was very clean, nice large bedrooms and clean swimming pool. The two bedroom villa was a lot of space for our family. Loved it.

The blinds in the bedroom did not block out the sunlight. It was hard for our young kids to go to sleep since it was so bright.

"No hot water"

Property is beautiful and well maintained

There was no hot water in my room, which was only resolved the day after my arrival. It seems they turn off the hot water to save energy and only turn it on if you complain. I saw lots of other reviews complaining about not having hot water, so I’m assuming this is their standard practice. This is very disappointing. I would have given a rating of 10 for everything if not for this issue. The employee treated my complaint as if I were overreacting, as though it was acceptable not to have hot water for bathing. Very frustrating.
