Non digne d'un 4 étoiles. Odeur dégoût dans la chambre et les environs de l'hôtel. Bac à douche noir de saleté et de tartre malgré le fait d'avoir demandé à nettoyer. Asence de ménage le dimanche mais le tarif de la nuit reste le même. Non signalé en amont de la réservation ou à notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner moyen. Viandes et légumes de mauvais goût. Pas d'animation dans l'hôtel. Environnement triste, excentré. Peu de restaurants à proximité. Certaines photos non conformes (jeux extérieurs enfant délabrés, peu d'espace). Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The bicycle could be easily taken into the room, and the panniers fit on the balcony. On a first-floor balcony, it’s not safe to leave the bike overnight.

There were ants in the room every day. The hotel’s solution was daily cleaning and an insecticide spray, which they left in the room for us. The room heating worked only with warm air, and the heater is located in the living room. This means the bathroom does not heat up at all. The entire bathroom is at the same temperature as the outdoor air, which is very cold at night and in the mornings during spring. Keeping the bathroom door open does not help. At breakfast, it was not possible to eat in peace because the waiter was constantly clearing dirty dishes from the table. If you wanted to get more food, you always had to take a new plate or utensils. The waiter’s constant presence was disturbing. Hot water in the shower only came after waiting about three minutes. After that, the thermostat had to be adjusted very carefully, as the temperature fluctuated from one extreme to another. The hotel has a free washing machine, but it is a very basic model and takes two hours to complete a normal cotton cycle. Since there is no timer display, you never know when the previous load is finished. You have to check every 15 minutes to see if the machine is free. This is very frustrating for cyclists if you want to wash your riding clothes every couple of days. We had made our reservation six months in advance, but our request for a second-floor room could still not be fulfilled. Our friend got the room next to ours at a lower price, and it was larger, so booking earlier did not help. Do not stay in the studios located at the end of the building for the reasons mentioned above. We have stayed at the Eix Alcudia hotel for four years, and switching to this hotel was a mistake. We will return to Eix Alcudia hotel in the future. It offers better value for money.

We were in room 1 block 2. The room was excellent. The staff were 1st class. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nagyon bő választékú reggeli. Külön tetszett, hogy utolsó előtti reggel megkérdezték, hogy korán megyünk-e és simán biztosítottak nekünk hajnal fél 5-kor reggelit.
