"Excellent"

Lots of room, the beds were clean, neat and comfortable. Also very close to about 20 Hotpot resturants, the mall. About 12 min walk from the Skytrain station.

The parking lot is small and access can be an issue, it is a small hotel. Also there is no walking access to the main street behind it. This is very minor. Good rates for a very decent room.

Glad there was a gym. Good Chinese food nearby!

Hotel sign was on the ground. Breakfast area needs to be redesigned, people all congregated in the corner trying to access food and bread/toaster and long wait.

"Location to airport"

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee available all day along with biscuits in the afternoon.

No access to a kettle in room. Breakfast was adequate but I didn't like the use of disposable plates, cutlery etc for breakfast.

"The biggest downside was the crib"

Location is good. The room is clean.

We requested for a crib for several times. They didn’t send it to our room until 12am. Toddler is supposed to go to bed much earlier.
