The ice machine was removed from my floor and I was told I'd have to go to another floor for it. No place to plug in USB cables. Had to unplug a light to plug in my laptop so I could plug in my hearing aids .

This hotel is old and outdated. We had to move rooms because of a running toilet, and both bathrooms had toothpaste splattered everywhere on the walls. Gross. Most of the employees were great. One guy was very rude.

No USB plug-ins. No ice bucket in room and no ice or vending on same floor. I know, first world problems. However, keep up... That's why competition is good!

Convenient location to client offices, hot breakfast, decent rates

Outdated property, not dirty but not super clean, ice cold shower in the morning, not energy efficient and no EV charging stations
