Arrived on late evening boat- reception was shut, and neither of the contact telephone numbers worked despite us contacting them during the day to say we would be arriving late. We had no option than to find somewhere else to stay.

Comfortable despite the heatwave Good location for the ferry port Staff were very helpful Nice and clean

Parking was good but I wonder if there are enough spaces if hotel full I’m not keen on the north facing upstairs room we had as it faced the evening heat but it was a heat wave.

petit déjeuner rien a dire copieux et de qualité par contre pas de nettoyage au quotidien les lits ne sont pas refait et la douche trop petite environ 80cm pas de confort pas de remise de linge au quotidien

La climatisation de la chambre et la bonne literie . Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux pour le prix.

Plutôt dommage qu’il n’y est pas de restaurant avec buffet comme de nombreux Campanile .

Initially v difficult to adjust booking as a "fight" between Booking.com and hotel over duties re chaning room occupancy and breakfast. Initially two less rooms than booked and with a party of 16 this became tricky.

Convenient to port at St Malo

Our room was not ready,we were given the key and it had not been prepared,so we're given another room. Room was classed as superior,which was not,expensive for what is was. No non slip mat in bath, therefore hazardous to shower,which did not function well. Have stayed at Campanile hotels for years including this one and were very disappointed

Grande chambre, lits confortables, propre, parking devant les chambres. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Location, clean, tea and coffee in room secure for motorcycles.

Aicon was inopErative in my room and my friends room.
